Shipping Policy

Shartlesville Sheepskin shop offers free shipping for all orders within the US. For all orders outside the US, please call us at 610-488-6955 or email us at for shipping rates.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, no problem as long as the item is unused we we will exchange it for a different size, style, or apply the credit toward another item.

  • Items MUST be returned within 14 days
  • The original receipt MUST accompany all returns..
  • In returning an item for exchange, please enclose a note in the return package along with a check for return postage.
  • All return items need to be sent insured UPS or insured Parcel Post.  This protects you in case of damage or item being lost in transit.
  •  All transaction fees on returned items or cancelled orders are the responsability of the buyer, not Shartlesville Sheepskin and Leather Shop.  All fees will be taken out of original amount before it is returned to the customer.

 Custom Order Return Policy 

Custom made items were designed especially for you. Should there be a problem with a custom made item, we ask for the opportunity to correct sizing problems by making alterations.  We do not give refunds or credit on custom ordered coats and vests.

** Exceptions: If you want to place an order now for a birthday, wedding, Christmas or any other present that is more than 14 days away, simply let us know at the time of your purchase, and we'll mark your item with an extended return time.
